Vicki C. Defalco

Owner/Operator

Vicki C. Defalco has successfully owned/operated Key Solutions consulting business since 2000. She has over 15 years experience in the Human Resources field including recruiting, hiring, training, employee development, succession planning, benefits, EEOC, and ADA in manufacturing, service and health fields (union and non-union). She has created and implemented programs/systems to compliment lean manufacturing, TQM and the ISO 9001 systems. She has been an Authorized ACT WorkKeys profiler since 1998. Over the past 10 years, she has completed over 200 WorkKeys profiles for over 20 companies and several technical colleges in the southeast. She has also completed WorkKeys profiles for the Georgia Work Ready program in several different industries. In January 2008, she was a presenter at the Southeastern WorkKeys Conference in Chattanooga, Tennesee, presenting "Creative WorkKeys Marketing Strategies" which included methods to calculate WorkKeys Return on Investment.

As a graduate of the Calhoun Gordon County Leadership Program, Vicki is very active in her community. She served on the Entrepreneurial Friendly Committee that helped Calhoun/Gordon County earn the designation of "Entrepreneur Friendly Community". She also volunteers in the local schools.

Vicki grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia and earned her Bachelors of Business degree at Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, Georgia. She currently resides in Calhoun, Georgia with her family.
